2012 MBA Convention Accommodations
To reserve your convention accommodations, you should contact Sandestin directly. You may call 800-320-8115 or use www.sandestin.com/2285VE.aspx. Convention registration will be done directly with the MBA.
RESERVATION DEADLINE: The MBA’s room block deadline is May 9, 2012, for both the Sandestin Resort and Hilton Sandestin Beach. After the room blocks are released, the MBA cannot guarantee room availability, and convention rates will not be available.
CONFIRMATION: The hotel or resort will send an individual confirmation to each guest. This confirmation will contain information regarding check-in time, cancellation policy, etc. Please check your confirmation carefully as to arrival, departure, rate, etc.
OPEN TO CONVENTION REGISTRANTS ONLY: Space in the MBA room block is reserved only for persons registering for the MBA Convention. The MBA will receive weekly reports from the Sandestin Resort and Hilton Sandestin Beach listing all reservations made in our room block. To assure that our room block is available for convention registrants, the MBA will contact persons reserving rooms to confirm their convention registrations.
